GPS professionals provide services that extend from specialized market entry solutions to strategy & organization advisory for companies coming into African markets as well as established players in the market.  The firm combines deep technical expertise with business pragmatism to address our clients’ needs and to add value to their enterprise. 

We are seeking a Team Leader to successfully lead a small team of Direct Marketing Analysts in our call center. The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Participates in Direct Marketing activities and leads by example
  • Lead generation and Client Targeting business activities
  • Ensures 100% of Service Professionals (CSRs) meet and or exceeds their overall Key Performance Indicators, quality and productivity standards
  • Provides consistent, balanced and timely performance feedback on service professional performance
  • Along with fellow Team Leaders, meets and exceeds all department goals
  • experience for your team
  • Weekly reporting into Department Manager

Desired Background / Education:  

  • 2+ years of business experience in call center or sales like environment.
  • Preferred 1+ year demonstrated leadership experience. Must have experience managing a stressful and ever changing environment.
  • Must possess demonstrated coaching/developmental skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
