Duties to include:
Manage offshore vessels in Nigeria and West Africa.
Work closely with the Operations Manager.
Handle the day to day running of the vessels, including
certification, crewing matters, ship audit/safety, stores etc.
Carrie out on/off hires surveys, vessels inspections, prepared
repair action items and ensured vessels are maintained to class and flag
Interface with Clients; Customs, Immigration, shipping Agents, port
authority and local communities etc.
Coordinate vessels importation and re-exportation.
Ensure certifications of ISM/ISPS.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years' experience in Marine Compliance.
Qualifications and sea-going experience as a certified ship officer
to STCW,1978 or as amended is an added advantage
BSc/HND in a relevant field of Management, Engineering or Physical
Science
Minimum: Diploma
Experience: 3-5 years
