PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the Company’s Human Resources strategy through program development and implementation.
• Act as a business partner to functional managers. • Develop and utilize the HRIS to provide accurate, timely data and data analysis. • Review recruiting methodology, propose improvement and implement changes that
support the Company’s talent management platform. • Assess the current state of the Company culture. Develop programs to solicit employee
feedback and propose continuous improvement initiatives to foster employee trust and engagement.
• Develop relationships with the Human Resources team, both domestic and international, to foster best practices sharing and a culture of “One” Company.
• Assist the Vice President, Human Resources with Talent Development and Talent Management initiatives.
• Strive for legal compliance in all areas and address any areas for improvement. • Assist with development of a more policy driven environment.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field; Master’s level work a plus • PHR or SPHR certification a plus • A minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment, and experience at a Manager
level.
