Hence, we are recruiting to fill the position below:

Position: Financial Controller

Job Description

  • The ideal candidates must have held equivalent positions in top tier international and indigenous companies preferably within the Oil and Gas industry. The position is based in various locations across Nigeria and candidates should be ready to re-locate if necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish company-wide standards for system, data and processes. Develop, update and guide the implementation of finance SOPs across the group
  • Develop th Group’s annual plans, budgets, forecasts and financial performance metrics to guide business operations and strategy execution
  • Design and guide the implementation of a sound accounting framework and compliance with tax and other Statutory provisions
  • Coordinate the proper capturing of financial transactions and consolidation of the company’s accounts from all business units and functions

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in Accounting, Finance Economics or related discipline
  • A post graduate Degree will be an added advantage
  • Relevant professional qualification e.g. Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA) is essential
  • A minimum of 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years at management level
  • Aged 40 - 50 years

Position: Human Resource Manager

Job Description

  • The ideal candidates must have held equivalent positions in top tier international and indigenous companies preferably within the Oil and Gas industry. The position is based in various locations across Nigeria and candidates should be ready to re-locate if necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act to ensure the achievement of HR strategy and objectives at the subsidiary level
  • Lead and direct the HR team to deliver appropriate and efficient customer focused service across the HR value chain
  • In conjunction with the Group Head, HR & Admin ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify gaps in existing HR policies compared to business needs and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures at the subsidiaries to ensure compliance
  • Embed a performance management culture within the business unit as a means of business improvement by ensuring clear Objectives, feedback and the improvement of deliverables through behaviour aligned with company values

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in Social Science, Human Resource Management/Business Administration related discipline
  • Relevant professional qualification e.g. CIPM. CIPD, SHRM is essential
  • A minimum of 8 years work experience in HR Management with at least 4 years in a managerial role
  • Aged 32 years - 45 years

Position: Project Manager

Job Description

  • The ideal candidates must have held equivalent positions in top tier international and indigenous companies preferably within the Oil and Gas industry. The position is based in various locations across Nigeria and candidates should be ready to re-locate if necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, co-ordinate and facilitate all human and material resources, activities necessary for a complete, flawless execution across various engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning, and related projects across the company's scope of business and operations
  • Ensure project execution within budget in line with specified HSES standards and with very minimal or zero impact on personnel, equipment and the environment.

Job Requirements

  • First degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering
  • Relevant advanced Degree(s) and or professional certification in Project management will be an added advantage
  • A minimum of 8 years related experience in engineering or the Oli and Gas sector
  • Aged 35 years - 45 years
