The successful candidate will initiate and achieve sales in the corporate sector. She will be able to prospect new client as well as maintain relationship with existing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
  • Explain to prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Managing Director to achieve revenue goals.
  • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads.
  • Responsible for helping clients lease, sell and purchase residential and commercial properties, including homes, terraces, townhouses, bungalows and duplexes.
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of HND/BSc in Estate Management
