Maria Ebun Maternity and Community Health Centre, based in Adegbayi, Ibadan is a newly established health centre dedicated to providing affordable healthcare services to the general public.
We hereby require the services of two nurses/midwives for immediate employment
Job Description:
Observing and recording patient behavior - medical information, vital signs
Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
Protecting patient health/medical information and records as confidential
Maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records
Performing health education activities
Observing patient behaviour and modifying patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions
Monitoring all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity
Administering medications and treatments
Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients
Maintaining nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies;
Maintaining cooperative relationship among other team members by communicating information, responding to requests, building rapport and participating in team problem-solving methods.
Protecting patients and other members of staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration, storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
Qualifications/Experience:
RN/RM; B.N.Sc with at least two years' professional working experience
