Overall accountability of managing functional, commercial, sales/marketing and project activities to meet objectives.
Requires minimal supervision.
Includes coordination, supervisory and managerial roles.
Job Specifications:
Identifying suitable out grower farms for crop growing of major crops like rice, cotton, maize, soya beans and cow pea.
Establishing and maintaining database of out growers including details of location, out grower farmer, type of soil, etc.
Maintaining accounts of individual out grower farmers.
Agricultural inputs planning related to out grower scheme.
Overseeing out grower farms for proper up keeping.
Providing Agricultural Extension Services related to Crop Protection, Good Agricultural Practices, usage of Company's products like certified seeds, herbicides, insecticides, bio-stimulants and growth enhancers, spraying machines, etc.
Sensitizing the farmers about new technologies, crop protections from diseases, insects etc.
Negotiating the commercials with farmers/out growers and agreeing terms and conditions with them.
Providing credits to the farmers/out growers, its recovery and complete management.
Preferably from rural area with strong experience in Paddy Cultivation...
