POSITION : Legal Adviser ( Corporate Counsel )​  

Job description

  • Structure transaction, draft key agreements & manage ext. legal obligations.
  • Conduct contract negotiation & review, risk mgmt. & control.
  • Evaluate diff risk factors (legal exposure) regarding business decisions & operations.
  • Communicate & negotiate with ext. parties.

Qualification/Skills

  • B.L. (LL.M. added advantage) Nigerian Law School required.
  • Must be male
  • Must have previous related experience.
  • NBA Membership
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills, teamed with the ability to build contacts & deal with relationships at all levels.
