POSITION : District Manager 

 Description

  • Plan for sales and operational effectiveness
  • Resource for sales and operational effectiveness
  • Execute Sales and BTL plans
  • Review sales and operational performance
  • Manage financial performance
  • Fixed cost management
  • Distributor management
  • Opportunity assessment
  • Manage Human Resources

Requirements

  • Minimum of B. Degree in a commercial field. Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment
  • Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of Sales in FMCG
  • Good Knowledge of Ms Office Package
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good people management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership qualities
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
