DKT International Nigeria is one of the largest private providers of family planning and reproductive health products and services in Nigeria.

POSITION : Key Accounts / Wholesale Manager

 Description

  • The job purpose is the development of strategic business partnerships at WHOLESALE and KEY ACCOUNTS level of our distribution and employ strategies ensuring effective and efficient support of sales team through optimal availability of DKT products wherever and whenever they are in need in Nigeria.
  • The position reports to National Sales Manager and it is based in Lagos but extensive traveling is required.

 Responsibilities

  • Management of the entire Key Accounts/Wholesale in Nigeria through 5 Key Accounts representatives
  • Develop a Key Accounts Management strategy of Nigeria effectively positioning DKT’s products tailored to the needs of Key Accounts and wholesale customers
  • Responsible for the achievement of the wholesale sales target in Nigeria
  • Development of partnership at Wholesale and Key Accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences
  • Possess 7-10 years demonstrable working experience in similar position in a pharmaceutical/OTC organization.
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer-focused working environment
  • Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure with limited supervision whilst maintaining attention to detail.

 

POSITION : Assistant Product Manager - Pharma 

Qualifications

  • B.Pharm
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing with minimum 2 years of Product Management experience
  • A relevant master’s degree is an advantage but not compulsory
  • Evidence of Training in pharma-product marketing will be an advantage
  • Strong understanding and experience of pharmaceutical marketing
  • Great writing and communication presentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to train sales teams on all product aspects and liason with training department.
  • Be self-motivated & able to adapt to changing priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Be hard working, well organised & commercially focused.

Responsibilities

  • Development of brochures and other pharma marketing materials
  • Aiding sales efforts by training field staff on medical marketing aspects.
  • Train sales teams on all product aspects and on the correct and effective use of all marketing materials
  • Contribute to marketing ideas, strategies and promotional mix to meet brand objectives vis-à-vis customer needs.
  • Market development, expansion and monitoring for assigned TA towards achievement of financials
  • Development of annual plans and co-ordination of implementation including co-ordination of in-market activities.
  • Monitor business performance and external environment to meet business objectives.
  • This position reports to the Medical Marketing Manager.
