We are recruiting to fill the position below:
POSITION : Batch Plant Operator Mate
Generally assist in housekeeping and maintenance of the plant
Key Aims and Objectives
Observe and follow Health & Safety Rules and Policies at all times, ensuring all other persons working in and around the batching plant do the same.
Prime Responsibilities and Duties
Ensures that plant is cleaned and oiled before and after production
Ensures that the plant bearings, rollers are greased and conveyor belts are replaced
Direct the wheel loader operator and make sure materials are loaded in their segment before and after the days job
Ensures that the transit mixer under plant is well positioned
Ensures that spills on the ground are removed and cleaned
Fills aggregate hopper, refill as needed
Other Duties:
Keep area around batch plant clean
Job Requirements
1 -2 years industry experience.
Must be able to work with a team.
