POSITION : Networking Engineer

Competencies

  • A good B.Sc in Computer Engineering, Computer science, information technology
  • Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CNE, CCIP, MCSE are required
  • Master’s degree (M. A.) or equivalent could be added advantage
  • Post NYSC experience of 4-8years professional career.
  • Analytical abilities, experience, and detailed networking knowledge provide the edge
  • Design, install and configures network, security infrastructure and monitoring tools like routers, switches, firewall
  • Monitor network traffic to identify problems and make capacity planning recommendations
  • Assist in the planning, design, research and acquisition of new/upgraded hardware and software systems

 

POSITION : Software Analyst/Modeler/Programmer

Competencies

  • Minimum of first degree in any IT or Engineering related discipline
  • Relevant professional certifications are required
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage
  • Post NYSC experience of 4-7 years of active programming
  • Experience in software design methodologies
  • Provide operating support during the development, testing and subsequent maintenance of application systems
  • Review and accept application systems before giving life
  • Writing, interpreting and Design and implement automated backups
  • Implement and manage the disaster recovery strategy

 

POSITION : Civil / Building Engineer

Competencies

  • Minimum of first degree in Civil/Building Engineering related discipline
  • Relevant professional certifications are required
  • Masters degree is an added advantage
  • Proven 12 years of working experience in civil engineering especially Building
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as Auf0CAD, Civil 3D or similar
  • Proficiency in site layout grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approval etc
  • Project management, CAD, AutoCAD and Design Skills
  • Site Development, Database Design, Planning and Conceptual Skills
  • Designs construction projects by collecting and studying project concepts, architectural drawings and models
  • Prepares engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data.

 

POSITION : Head, Human Resources/Admin/Corporate Affairs

Competencies

  • Minimum of First Degree in any discipline with relevant professional certification
  • Relevant professional certifications such as Associate of the Chartered institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SPHR, GPHR and a second degree is needed
  • Minimum of 10 years cognate work experience in related function, 5years must be on management level
  • Design the Bank’s human source structure inline with the business strategy and corporate objectives of the Bank.
  • Develop a robust recruitment and selection process aimed at hiring top talents into the bank
  • Build and lead the Bank’s strategic brand management/marketing initiatives by creating platforms that would generate enough marketing

 

POSITION : Company Secretary/Legal Adviser/Chief Compliance

Competencies

  • LLB, BL, (LLM is an added advantage)
  • Must be a certified member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators
  • A second degree or relevant professional certifications such as
  • Association of Certified Ash-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS), International Compliance Association (ICA) is needed.
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience out of which four years must be in a financial institution
  • Ensuring all statutory compliance under the Companies Act;
  • Sound knowledge about the transfer of title documents in all key areas like Lagos, Ogun, Port-Harcourt Abuja;
  • Expert in drafting and vetting of the agreement, memorandum of understandings, memorandum, and articles of association.

 

POSITION : Head, Internal Audit

Competencies

  • A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or its equivalent
  • Professional qualification in ACCA, ACA.
  • All applicants for the above position must be computer literate.
  • A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant post NYSC experience
  • Minimum of 5 years on management level in a structured organization

 

POSITION : Head, Marketing (Retail and Corporate)

Competencies

  • Minimum of first degree in any related discipline
  • Relevant professional certifications are required
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage
  • Post NYSC experience of 10 years with proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.
  • Confident, driven and dynamic leader.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunitIes.
  • Drive the performance of the bank by growing the market share of the Corporate/ Commercial/Retail markets in line with targets set by the Bank’s

 

POSITION : Head, Strategy

Competencies

  • Minimum of First Degree in a Accounting related discipline.
  • Relevant professional certifications are compulsory
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in the Banking or related industry with at least six years proven track record in strategy, financial control, planning, organizing and managing people and projects requiring collaboration with and support of multiple stakeholders
  • To enhance the competitiveness and continuous improvement of the Bank through strategy formulation informed by macroeconomic (global and domestic), market, industry and internal analyses and providing management advice to position the Bank for increased competitiveness.

 

POSITION : Head, Treasury

Competencies

  • Minimum of First Degree ins relevant discipline preferably in Finance/ Investments/ Banking.
  • Relevant professional certification is needed.
  • MBA (finance) could be additional advantage
  • Minimum of twelve years’ experience in a Banking or Financial Institution,
  • Seven years of which should have been spent in Treasury and Investment Operations.
  • Mortgage experience shall be of greater advantage
  • Oversee all matters relating to the treasury and investment functions of the Bank; monitoring Treasury & Investment Operations and ensuring adequate controls are in place while driving profitability

 

POSITION : Marketer

Competencies

  • Minimum of university degree in any relevant discipline
  • Marketing/sales experience in a banking/mortgage institution is required.
  • Must be a member of Nigeria Institute of Marketing
  • Master’s degree or equivalent could be added advantage
  • Four (4) years of marketing experience in banking/mortgage institution.
  • Proven marketing success and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of banking operations and ethics
  • Mortgage experience shall be of greater advantage

 

POSITION : Operations Head (Abuja, Ibadan, Kaduna, Lagos, Minna, Port Harcourt)

Competencies

  • Minimum of first degree in any Finance/Accounting related discipline
  • Professional qualifications like ACA, ACCA, & ACIB is required
  • Master’s degree or equivalent could be added advantage
  • Minimum of 6 years post NYSC experience in banking operations.
  • Supervisory and managerial experience in banking operations
  • Mortgage experience shall be of greater advantage

 

POSITION : Branch Manager (Abuja, Ibadan, Kaduna, Lagos, Minna, Port Harcourt)

Competencies

  • A good University Degree in any relevant discipline
  • Marketing/sales skill in a financial/mortgage Bank is required.
  • Master’s degree and professional qualifications are added advantage;
  • Five (5) years of banking experience with emphasis on Sales/Marketing and deposit mobilization
  • Knowledge of retail banking and financial market analysis
  • Vast understanding of mortgage business generally is an added advantage
  • Drive the growth of the branch in line with the established global and strategic objective of the Bank.
