The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture -  a leading research partners in finding solutions for hunger, malnutrition, and poverty. IITA works with partners to enhance crop quality and productivity, reduce producer and consumer risks, and generate wealth from agriculture.

POSITION : Cook/ Housekeeper 

Responsibilities

  • Successful candidate will among other things perform the following duties:
  • Assist in receiving and assigning rooms to guest;
  • Assist in preparing and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks;
  • Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, keeping record of food items, make beds and lay dining table;
  • Account for daily cash sales; 
  • Perform any other function as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • OND in hotel and Catering with at least Two (2) years relevant experience as a cook in a reputable organisation. 

Ideal Candidate must:

  • Have pleasant personality and be clean, smart and honest.
