POSITION : Marketing Manager

Requirements

  • Candidates must have extensive experience in residential and commercial mortgage, market. Must have a large network of contacts and a strong understanding of marketing strategies to increase revenue in real estate or mortgage sales.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • Professional marketing qualification preferred
  • 5 years marketing experience supporting a finance, banking, real estate or mortgage sales environment preferred
  • Knowledge of the residential and commercial mortgage market
  • Ability to strategically develop internal and external marketing strategies to increased revenue and calculate ROI
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Work efficiently in a very fast paced environment
