Workforce Management Centre Limited - We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:

POSITION : Call Centre Agent (CCA)

Primary Responsibility:

  • Provides customer service support to the organisation by obtaining, analysing and verifying the accuracy of information in a timely manner.
  • Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

Qualifications

  • OND in any discipline
  • Mathematics and English Language in WAEC/NECO
  • Be between 22 - 32 years old
  • Communication skills with impressive interpersonal skills
  • Be a resident in Mushin and environs.
