POSITION : Sales Intern

The Position

  • Or perhaps your passion for communication will see you leading on the development of sales materials to convert prospective customers as a Sales and Marketing Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Attending conferences, meetings and industry events to explore networking opportunities
  • Learn company culture, company products and services offered to consumers
  • May need to organize client contact lists and schedule updates
  • Administrative duties related to the sales process
  • Assisting the team lead
  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Generating online enquiries
  • Contacting Potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

Requirements

  • Able to commit to completing full time internship for 6 months
  • Currently in education or have graduated from an Undergraduate or Postgraduate course within the last 12 months
  • Have a BA/B.Sc in a Business related or IT degree
  • Hve right to work in the country in which you are currently located

Must have:

  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Web and social media
  • Interest in learning about sales
  • Good organizational skills
  • Be persuasive and know how to negotiate well
  • Good with numbers
  • Must be hardworking and willing to do a lot of legwork at the grassroots level if required
