POSITION : Human Resource Sales Consultant (Team Lead)

 Description

  • Building long term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively.
  • Working closely with other departments and finding opportunities to cross sell
  • Monitor competition and follow current developments
  • Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets
  • Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales.
  • Contacting potential customers via telephone, email and face to face.
  • Arranging meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate services.
  • Negotiating prices with potential customers and closing sales.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.
  • Motivate sales team to achieve great results

 Qualification

  • Proven Sales performance in Consulting environment.
  • Experienced negotiator able to drive revenue
  • Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success
  • 5 - 10 years working experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration with MBA/ relevant certifications
  • Verbal and written communication skills
