POSITION : Head, Human Resource 

 Description

 Are you an “A” performer in your field willing to work in Nigeria’s south-south region? If yes, then you can apply for this position to join our client who is seeking to put together a team of dynamic professionals to restructure and grow our leading composite upstream company offering Engineering, Procurement, Construction, installation and Maintenance(EPCIM) services in oil and Gas,power Generation,Chemical Processing,Mining,water and Wastewater industries in Lagos and Port-Harcourt.

Minimum Requirements

  • A Degree in Management or other Social Sciences related fields.
  • An MBA or M.Sc in Human Resource Management.
  • CIPD, CIPM or other relevant bodies is an added advantage.
  • Not less than 10 year’s experience of which 7 is of corporate level experience.
  • Knowledge of Nigeria labour law and other best practices.

Remuneration

  • Salaries are attractive and negotiable based on industry experience.
