Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is recruiting to fill the below vacancy : 

POSITION : Support Services Analyst 2

Description

  • Configures and installs computer hardware and software.
  • Manages inventory control of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Upgrades hardware and software components.
  • Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking.
  • Monitors and collects data on system performance.
  • Performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks.
  • Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
  • Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
  • Able to perform tasks of high complexity and difficulty. Such individual could also manage, train and mentor other team members and lead projects

Requirement

  • MCSA (Cloud or Productivity) or higher Microsoft certification will be an added advantage
  •  4 years post NYSC experience
  • B.Sc./B.Eng/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Minimum Second Class Upper Division
  • CCNP or Higher Cisco certification

Skills:

  • General knowledge in Enterprise storage and backup infrastructure
  • Microsoft Server and Active Directory knowledge
  • Microsoft Skype for Business knowledge
  • Project Supervision
  • Cisco Routing & Switching
  • Cisco Unified Communications
  • General data networking and telecommunications knowledge
  • IT Facilities Maintenance
