Peen Nigeria Limited provides Stevedoring services in Nigeria and is recruiting for the below position :

POSITION : Cake Baker and Decorator 

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to safety standards
  • Follow production plans
  • Minimize wastage as appropriate
  • Assist with new product development
  • Decorate cakes, cookies and cupcakes using various icing and decorating techniques
  • Follow recipes and processes & ensure consistency in quality of finished products
  • Maintain high hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Have OND/SSCE
  • 1-3 years’ experience in baking and decorating of cakes with above average skills in butter icing and sugar crafting
  • Ability to follow due process
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Open minded, willingness to learn.
  • Residence around Festac Town and its environs will be an added advantage.
