Description and Responsibilities:
The Client Relationship Manager will work to enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to our team. You will use your knowledge of firm policy, procedures, and technology to interface with clients and prospective clients, anticipate their needs, resolve outstanding issues, and provide exceptional overall service. Responsibilities may include and are not limited to client service, researching problems, processing account forms and related paperwork, maintaining appropriate client records, preparing correspondence, setting appointments and entering orders.
Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner, focusing on detailed execution and accuracy
- Service Oriented
- Skilled in assessing investment related documents or client information to determine appropriate business and client resolution
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to communicate with a broad range of people
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
