Soteria Eye Clinic Limited provides high quality, affordable and accessible comprehensive eye care services. We are recruiting to fill the below vacancy : 

POSITION : Client's Relations Officer

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with your supervisor, informing them of clients’ bookings, needs and complaints.
  • Ensure patients are promptly reminded of their review and glasses due dates.
  • To maintain a friendly and courteous demeanour at all times.
  • Make sure patients feel welcome and comfortable.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of HND or equivalent. Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Ability to remember bookings
  • Ability to pay attention to details.
  • Good customer service orientation.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills and people skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask
