LIB Insurance Brokers Limited is recruiting to fill the position below:

POSITION : Business Manager - Insurance Brokerage

 Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in relevant field
  • 5 years work experience in Insurance Industry, 2 years of which must be managerial level in a brokerage firm.
  • Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute(ACII)
  • Membership of NCRIB is an added advantage
  • An insurance technocrat
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Result oriented
  • Excellent leadership skills

 Responsibilities

  • Manage Internal Business Processes
  • Deliver continuous improvement in revenue quality, customer satisfaction and internal business processes within areas of responsibility.
  • Interested and qualified candidates should apply by;
  • Follow LIB Insurance on LinkedIn (Compulsory)
  • Work with top-tier executives to oversee the operations of the company
  • Reports directly to the MD/CEO
  • Manage Business Development and sales
  • Manage regulatory compliance with all regulatory agencies
  • Deliver revenue budget
