Future Construct Limited a Civil Engineering Construction Company is recruiting to fill the position below:

POSITION : Customer Service Representative

Requirements

  • Must possess skills like customer service, product information , quality focus, solutions to problems , market information, documentation ability, listening to people, phone and internet  skills, resolving conflict, analyzing information , must be able to be multi tasked.


Responsibilities

  • Serves clients and customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering difficult  product and service questions and  suggesting information about other  preferred products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
