Willers Solutions Limited - Our client, a reputable Electronics firm located at Lekki, Lagos, requires the services of a qualified candidate to fill the position below:



Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description

  • Develop business strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
  • Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Business Administration/Business Management or any other related discipline.
  • Candidate must have a Min of 2 years’ experience on the Job Role.

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Marketing, SCM & Trading knowledge or experience is preferred.
  • Excellent Inter-personal skills
  • Excellent Excel skills with Formulas & Pivot tables
  • Excellent power-point skills
