Facility Manager

  1. Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as security of site, facility maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal etc.
  2. Implementing sites SOPs, Operational and Administrative policies.
  3. Responsible for preparing all clients’ (service charge/energy, et.c) reports.
  4. Responsible for supervising technicians and 3rd party contractors on the site.
  5. Oversees and inspect jobs done by contractors.
  6. Responsible for handling the complaints of the clients/tenants.
  7. Manage the moving out process for tenants so that there is no destruction to property.
  8. Managing site projects.
  9. Ensuring the facility meets health and safety requirements and comply with legislation and regulations.
  10. Performing general administrative services on sites (onboarding, staff welfare, rota administrations, training, daily report etc.).
  11. Preparation of site budget
  12. Manages preventive maintenance of facility equipment.
  13. Sending bills and invoices to residents
  14. Conduct toolbox talk with technicians.
  15. Preparing daily reports to Deputy, Lead Property Manager.
  16. Other duties as assigned by your supervisor /Management.
