Job Description:
To do the online testing of all the films being produced as per specifications
To do the testing of finished goods after slitting as per specifications
To do the testing of Incoming raw material, Packing material and diesel as per company’s standards
To ensure the implementation of goals,objectives,policies,procedures and systems pertaining to the quality assurance and regulatory functions
To follow the established guidelines on monitoring and evaluation processes.
Effectively interacting with production and processing teams to maintain product quality and supplies
Implementation of laboratory testing and maintenance of equipments
Training and supervision of other Laboratory staff and trainees
Make report on daily laboratory analysis and activities
Ensure conformity and accuracy of data
Calibration of QA equipment as per schedule
Other duties as assigned
Skills
Experience in Quality Management system
Proven ability as team player
Working knowledge of Quality control tools
High level of computer literacy
Ability to Analyze data/Technical Report preparation
Required Qualification
B.SC/HND in any Science course
A Minimum of three years experience in process / manufacturing industry
