Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The HR Intern will support the HR team in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, staff training and development, and in effectively managing the workforce for optimum performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR operations and gain insight into our company’s approach to payroll, recruiting, and employee development.
  • Join our team and embark on a rewarding journey in the field of Human Resources.
  • As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be utilized in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with various HR-related activities.
  • If you are eager to kickstart your HR career and work in a dynamic environment that values growth and development, we look forward to meeting you and providing you with a valuable learning experience.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Human Resources Management or a people-oriented field.
  • 0 - 1 year experience as administrative support.
  • Female preferred for gender balance.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resource Management.

Remuneration

  • N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
