FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF YOLA CAREER FOR EXTERNAL AUDITOR

The Governing Council of the Federal University of Technology, Yola at its 70th meeting held on Thursday 12th May 2011, requires the services of an External Auditor for the statutory of the accounting books of the University.

Interested reputable and duly registered firm of professionally qualified Accountants with bodies as ICAN , ANAN etc are eligible to apply.

Job Title: External Auditors

Requirements

• The firm must have in its employment, principal; partners
  
• Mnimum of ten (10) years auditing experiences
  
• Complimentary audit staff who must be able to effectively and efficiently handle audit work.
• Curriculum vitae of professional staff should also be provided.

Interested firms must provide evidence of the followings:

• Current practicing licence of either (ICAN, ANAN etc.

• Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

• Registration with the Office of the Auditor General of the Federation

• Renewal of its registration with the Office of Auditor General of Federation

• Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three (3) years

• Registration with the Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS)

• Successfully executed audit work preferably of (University).

• Evidence of compliance with the provision of the Pension Reform Acts 2004 as contained in section 16(6)(d) of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
