Job Title: Business Development Manager ( West Africa )

Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership of the Business Development Function
  • Development and Execution of winning Business Development Strategy
  • Exploration and Development of business potentials in Nigeria and West Africa
  • Implementation of the Organisations expansion plan across the West African sub region
  • Responsibility for operations in agreed geographical areas and adherence to global and local service standards
  • Ability to conceptualise, drive and manage bidding processes and ensure value delivery across the spectrum of our operations
  • Relationship Management

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A graduate degree with an MBA
  • Minimum of 15 years cognate experience, 5 of which must be at a management position
  • Knowledge of aviation, logistics and business development
  • Bilingual - ability to speak Engllish and French will be an added advantage
  • Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage
