Quality Control Officer Job in an FMCG Company (Microbiology, Food technology or Biochemistry Graduate)

Job Title: Quality Control Officer
Job Location: Lagos

 

Responsibilities

  •  To coordinate the activities of the entire laboratory operations.
  •  To ensure the effectiveness of the Operational Quality Management System (QMS).
  •  To collate and prepare data in order to assist factories root cause analysis (RCA) and problem solving sessions.
  • To actualise and assist the commercialization of NPDs.
  •    To coordinate Good Manufacturing Practice activities on site in line with agreed GMP standards.Requirements

    Requirements:   

  •  BSc Microbiology, Food technology or Biochemistry.
  •     Possession of M,Sc. is an advantage.
  •     Deep knowledge of Microbiology and Food Technology.
  •     Have a CAN DO attitude, exhibiting our core values Courage, Accountability, Networking,
  •     Age: 32-35 years.
  •     3 – 5 years work experience in similar position.
  •     Operational knowledge of QC tools like SPC, SQC.
  •     Good Knowledge of NAFDAC, SON requirements
