Human Resource Associates (HRA) - Our client is registered Oil and Gas service firm located in Rivers state of Nigeria with service offerings in Offshore Waste Management, Vessel/Tank Cleaning, Construction Services, amongst others.

The company needs competent professionals to fill this position:

Job Title: Admin Executive

Job Location: Abuja

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

  • Ensure effective coordination of Admin. Functions.
  • Maintenance of company properties and utilities..
  • Ensure all company vehicles and vehicles in corporate fleet are maintained.
  • Management of all company facilities’ NEPA, NITEL, Water, Generator etc.
  • Supervision of mail dispatch and courier.
  • Effect and maintain all company insurance i.e motor vehicle etc
  • Stationeries / Store: Maintain stock and re-order level of relevant and required stationery.
  • Manage staff travel logistics.
  • Monthly updates on all expense lines including hotel bills, travels, ticketing and Reservation.
  • Preparation of quarterly staff news, staff head count & entry/exit templates.
  • Preparation of minutes of company’s meeting.
  • Preparation of timely and accurate weekly reports.
  • Accurately prepare weekly, monthly and annual expenses forecast for budget application.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the organisation’s HR policies and procedures for application, update and general education of staff.
  • Any other responsibility that may be assigned

Academic Qualifications
University degree in business Administration, relevant experience is require
