A Property Development company based in Lagos, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates in the following positions:
Location: Lagos
1.) Job Title: Plumber
Requirement
- Candidates must be skilled plumbers with relevant technical degrees and at least 4 years' experience in the building maintenance and construction industry, also installation and repair of sanitary wares: wc, hidden cisterns, shower cabins and steam rooms, bathtubs and Jaccuzies, air conditioner repair and installation.
2.) Job Title: AC Technicians
Requirement
- Candidates must posses relevant University degree or HND with 3-5 years experience and must have a demonstrable ability to diagnose, identify and rectify faults in electrical appliances in addition to proficiency in the repair and installation of air conditioners and refrigerators.
3.) Job Title: Receptionist
Requirement
- Candidates must posses a relevant University degree or HND with 3-5 years experience candidates must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office programs.
- Candidates within the Lekki axis and Mainland are welcome.
4.) Job Title: Sales Staff & Marketers
Requirement
- Professional qualification in Marketing and at least 3 years on-the field marketing experience in building materials and sanitary ware are a prerequisites for consideration.
- All candidates must be resident within the Lekki-Ajah axis.
5.) Job Title: Accountants
Requirement
- Candidates must possess BA or HND in Accounting with 5 years practical experience in accounting.
- Candidates must posses practical knowledge of accounting software such as SAGE QUICKBOOKS.
- Core duties are maintenance ol bank, sales and purchase ledgers and credit control.
6.) Job Title: Electrical Technicians
Requirement
- Candidates must possess a relevant university degree or HND with 3-5 years' experience in this field.
- Also candidates must be proficient in electrical installation, generator maintenance and the maintenance of electrical appliances.
7.) Job Title: Driver
Requirement
- Candidates must be professional drivers and must have 3-5 years minimum experience in driving and reside within Lagos area.
- All candidates mus be resident within the Lekki-Ajah axis.
8.) Job Title: Gardner
Requirement
- Candidates must be professional gardener with at least 3-4 years minimum experience in horticulture and candidate must be based within reasonable area accessible to Ikoyi.
- All candidates must be resident within Lekki-Ikoyi-Mainland axis.
9.) Job Title: Cleaner
Requirement
- Candidate must have 3-5 years minimum experience and candidate must be based within reasonable area accessible to Ikoyi.
10.) Job Title: Handyman/Installation Engineer
Requirement
- Candidates must possess an ND in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years hands on practical experience/cognate installing sanitary ware and furniture, AC - air conditioner repair & installations - inbuilt oven, fridges, washing machine/dryers, gas hob & cooker hood, generator repair and installation.
