Helen Keller International is looking to hire suitable candidates to fill the following positions within its rapidly expanding program portfolio.
State Project coordinator – based in Katsina
Neglected Tropical Disease Program Officer - based in Katsina
NTD Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist - based in Katsina
Finance and Admin. Manager based in Abuja
Project Coordinator:
A basic first degree in the Social Science, public health or development studies.
Post degree qualification in program management or equivalent
Basic technical knowledge of Trachoma and SAFE Strategy is preferable, but also knowledge of other PCT NTDs is an advantage.
Experience of managing an eye health or neglected tropical dideases program would be an added advantage.
Program Officer:
A first degree in microbiology, parasitology, entomology or similar field; medicine or health related field.
Minimum of Master of public health or related masters degree
Minimum of 1 year experience working in public health.
M & E Specialist:
A first degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Public Health or Science related field.
Minimum of Masters degree in Biostatistics, epidemiology, public health or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years working as an M&I specialist in a development field
Ability to analyze data using EPIinfo, SPSS, SAS or similar statistical software
Familiarity with android based survey collection tools will be n advantage
Finance and Admin. Manager:
A first degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline
Minimum of ICAN certification or its equivalent
Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or similar advanced degree would be an advantage
· Minimum of 5-7 years experience managing donor-funded projects like USAID, DFID, etc.
