Organizational Skills:

  •  Must possess excellent organizational skills.
  •  Highly proficient in managing office operations.
  •  Being able to multitask is a benefit.

Interpersonal Skills:

  •  Excellent communication skills are a must.
  •  Friendly and approachable and able to relate to co-workers, guests and customers alike.

Technical Skills:

  • Must be very proficient with computers and very comfortable with using office equipment multi-line phone systems
  • Must be very proficient in Microsoft Office Package
  • Ability to speak French is important

EDUCATION:

  •  Masters Degree is preferable

EXPERIENCE:

  •  Must be very experienced
