Job Title: Facilitators & Instructors

Job Location: Lagos 

Job Description:
Facilitators/instructors are required to handle the under-listed subject areas for non-science graduates on a full and part-time basis in a career development academy.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of BSc(Any discipline).
  • 4 years experience and demonstrable evidence of skills and competency in the area(s) of preference.

Facilitation Modules

  •     Human Resources & Personnel Management
  •     Effective Marketing Techniques
  •     Effective Sales Techniques
  •     Technical Report Writing
  •     Effective Field/Market Research Techniques
  •     Effective Communication Techniques
  •     Customer Relations
  •     How to develop Powerful Resumes and effective Interviewing
  •     Promotion and Career progression Skills.
