We are currently in need of a building/construction project manager.

Job Title: Building / Construction Project Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • The individual is to ensure that assigned projects are completed within budget and on time and also to supervise activities in relation to the projects.
  • Evaluate solution deployment options while considering cost/time
  • Manage a team of professionals, consultants and work men to deliver projects.
  • Perform Earned Value analyses and recommend proactive measures for efficient time and cost management.
  • Ensure that required safety, health and environmental standards are kept at all times.
  • Provide regular and timely reporting of project progress
  • Manage project risks, mitigating as necessary.
  • Manage project deliverables in line with project plan.


Qualification:

  • Minimum of 5 years post NYSC working experience.
  • Engineering and managerial skills in the upstream oil and gas industry.
  • Willingness to relocate.
  • Possession of PMP will be added advantage.


Skills:

  • Must possess excellent leadership skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good computer skills- proficient in MS office suite.
  • Ability to use Microsoft projects, primavera or any other project management software.
  • Most possess organizational and analytical skills.
