Job Title: SHIFT MANAGER – POWER DISTRIBUTION - INTERNAL ONLY

Job Location: Nigeria

The Job:

  • FEffectively leads operations of the systems used to deliver electricity from power plants to all load centers within the distribution network to ensure constant availability of power to the plant.

The person:

  • CPosses communication and problem-solving abilities, involving the ability to work cross- functionally to understand power requirements, present alternatives, and recommendations.
  • Cknowledge of IEEE, IET, NEC, NERC and other applicable standards,
  • CGood knowledge of medium voltage switchgear operations concepts and power system protection.
  • CAbility to work nights, weekend and holidays
  • CMust be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities
  • CAbility to work in a fast paced environment
  • CTeam oriented, adaptable and  dependable

Qualification:

  • CB.Eng./B.Sc. / HND  Electrical Engineering

Experience:

  • C5 years of relevant experience
