Rainoil Limited was incorporated in November 1994 and commenced business as an Oil Marketing Company in the downstream sector of the Oil and Gas Industry in May 1997. From very humble beginnings with one Service Station in 1999 with which we entered into a Bulk Purchase Agreement with NNPC as an Independent Petroleum Products Marketing company, we have grown to a group of subsidiary companies with substantial investments in the following areas of the Downstream Operations: Tank Farm Operations, Jetty Services, Haulage/Distribution and Retail Outlets Operation.

We are an integrated Oil and Gas Company operating in the Downstream Sector with a considerable national spread and growing. In a bid to strengthen our workforce we are searching for dynamic and resourceful people to fill the vacant position below

POSITION: Projects/ Facilities Management Officer
Ref: ROL/PRJ/01


Responsibilities

  • Participate in the selection and purchase of materials for use in the project site
  • Supervise and monitor the site labor force and the work of sub-contractors
  • Monitor the status of agreements and contracts, and report the status, variations or discrepancies to the Project Manager
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager
  • Liaise with individuals working on projects, arrange and confirm site visits and meetings and if necessary, attending and recording such.
  • Supervise the maintenance and repairs of facilities.
  • Liaise with utility service providers to ensure uninterrupted services and prompt validation and payment of all applicable consumption bills.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Building or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in other relevant discipline.
  • Relevant professional qualification e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince II.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Project Management.
  • Management of Contract and Service Level Agreement.
  • Facilities Management.
  • Negotiation.
  • Attention to detail.
