Job description
- To ensure timely and accurate daily,weekly and monthly MIS delivery as per SLA.
- To coordinate with Groupco MIS team and ensure regular monitoring of reports provided by them.
- Responsible for closure of Adhoc reports requirement/DailyReports/Weekly reports/month-end activities.
- Feasibility Analysis for new report requirements and delivery as per agreed timelines.
- To ensure on line CDR Data Storage in dataware house,trouble shooting of issues related to DWH and coordination with Central DBA team for DWH, space management, and ensure timely delivery of DWH reports.
- To provide all the cdrs required by nodal or security agencies i.e. cell id wise data,international calls data,criminal cases data,etc
- To prepare DWH reconciliation dashboard for to keep a track of all the missing/zero byte/head tail missing files and to follow up with mediation team for the same.
- To facilitate the necessary inputs to Billing team
- To resolve all the billing related issues/complaints/disputes being faced by business time to time and coordinate with billing team.
- As a leader, he has to understand the business requirement from MIS perspective which might have an impact on financial or other business decisions.
- Ensures 100% automation with minimum manual intervention
QUALIFICATION
- At least 5 years experience in Domain Knowledge in MIS
- At least 5 years experience in Data warehouse
- Must be fluent in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
- At least 6 years experience in Domain Knowledge in MIS
- At least 6 years experience in Data warehouse
