Due to our expansion and determination to offer uncompromised quality service to our customers we are looking for motivated young graduates who can join us to continue to create value for the customers, themselves and also the company.

PowerHQ is recruiting to fill the below position:

Job Title:  Entry Level Operations Officers

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Will process all customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Will provide feedback to customer service relations on status of orders.
  • Will be responsible for optimizing processes and giving useful suggestions to management.
  • Will be required to give daily reports on orders processed.
  • Work on rotational shift cycles.

Qualification:

  • OND/HND in any Discipline.

Desired Qualities:

  • Good with numbers and can perform basic calculations
  • Familiar with windows and Android platforms.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Eye for details.
  • Lives close to Ikeja, Lagos.
