ABUAD University farm covers an extensive area of one thousand hectares. ABUAD has over 110,000 mango trees, over 500,000 teak trees, over 500,000 gmelina trees, 500,000 moringa trees, several hectares of cassava, maize, yam and soya bean. The university has 24 hatcheries and over 800 fish ponds, dry fish factory, feed mill, moringa factory producing seven (7) products, (capsule, leaf powder, body butter, hair cream, tea, seed and moringa oil); piggery, snailery, mushroom, guinea fowl, turkey, quail and honey.
The Hon. Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Akinwumi Adesina visited the farm in September, 2014 and remarked as follows:
“The most impressive part of my visit was the university farm. There is no university in Nigeria with this kind of commercial farm”.

TYPES OF PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY ABUAD FACTORY

Moringa Cosmetics
Moringa edible products namely; (moringa seed, tea, capsule, oil, soap, body cream and hair cream)
Fresh, mushroom, dry mushroom and mushroom soup
Fresh and dry fish, egg, guinea fowl and quail egg and plantain chips.

Job Title: PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Location: Ado- Ekiti

Qualification: Applicants

Must possess, HND or University first degree with specialization in the area applied for. (higher qualifications will be an advantage).
Must have at least 3-5 years experience in the production of the type of products in issue.
Must have at least two or more years of practical experience in production in the area applied for.
Must be proficient in English Language.
Must be physically, emotionally and mentally fit.
Must be computer literate
Must not have any criminal record

Job Title: SUPERVISOR AND SALES MANAGER

Qualifications:

Must have at least, 5 O’Level credit passes, OND, HND. (higher qualifications will be an advantage)
Must have worked in an industrial company manufacturing the type of products applied for.
Must have at least 3 years experience.
Must be proficient in English language
Must be physically, emotionally and mentally fit
Must be computer literate
Most possess good interpersonal skills
