Clothcare Laundry Services is seeking to employ suitably and qualified candidate to fill the position below:
Job Title: Laundry Supervisor
Job Location : Oyo
Job Descriptions
- To make requisition for any laundry supplies like detergents, soaps, bleaches, disinfectants, starches, etc.
- Maintain proper records of the supplies and the items that have been laundered.
- Handles complaints and requests of customers.
- Advises manager/administrator on day to day activities of the business
- To schedule and plan the daily work for the laundry personnel and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements
- To supervise the work of the laundry personnel.
- To regularly inspect the progress of the work and to make sure that quality is maintained and may shift the personnel according to changing priority work situations.
- Initiate and lead key sales promotions
- Keep a database of costumers, create a good relationship with costumers and follow up on costumers.
Education
- Graduate of high school, NCE or OND
