- Candidate must possess a good degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with minimum of 10-15 years cognate experience.
- He must be a team player
- He must have good eye for finishing
- He must have good management skill and a registered member of COREN with flair for building and road construction works.
- Candidate leaving around Island will be an added advantage
