IFORD ICT System Limited is currently seeking to employ suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Telemarketer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Making outbound calls to prospective business and gathering information
- Booking appointments for sales teams and making notes of dates for follow up calls
- Exceeding customer expectations through exceptional customer service
- Responsible for handling B2B and being the first point of contact for customers.
- Contact business and private individuals by telephone to book/ schedule appointment for sales rep to meet with prospective customers.
- Obtain contact details of prospective customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists.
- Follow up on prospective leads.
Requirements
- Must have knowledge in Sales and Marketing principles and strategies
- Must have at least 2 years work experience in sales, marketing or telemarketing.
- Must have excellent communication skills, good customer relationship skills, persuasive, can work to meet challenging targets and deadlines and deliver under pressure, self motivated and competitive.
