A reputable IT Firm located in Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- The IT Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Firm's IT infrastructure.
- The occupant of the position will specifically be responsible for the following:
- Maintenance of the Firm's computer systems telephones (IP Phones) and networks on a daily basis
- Maintain and support the Server Infrastructure (Microsoft servers).
- Maintain and support the Cisco Network Infrastructure which comprises Routers, Switches, UC 500 Series Voice appliance and Firewall
- Provide end user support to all users of IT equipment and services.
- Maintain a positive business relationship with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their local partners/ other IT service providers in ensuring that the service levels under the various Service Level Agreements are met.
- Assist in on-going IT projects and upgrades.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates:
- Must have a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent in a related discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience;
- Must possess Cisco & Microsoft certifications (at least a CCNA & MCI’ (Windows client/server technologies) with hands-on in all IT matters;
- Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft and Cisco Technologies (with a bias for Cisco Voice networks).
- Must possess problem solving skills good communication and people skills and should be able to work under pressure
