SOGON is a Professional Association of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians working for the improvement of health of women in Nigeria, More information is available from the website: www.sogon.org.  SOGON has scheduled to hold its 9th International Scientific Conference, 49th AGM and 50th Anniversary Celebration in Abuja, November 24th-28th, 2015. 

We are interested in engaging Consultants and event managers for the following services:

CONFERENCE CONSULTANTS

Job Location: Abuja
  

Details

  • Will be commissioned to raise funds from the general publit, including corporate organizations, pharmaceutical and health related companies, international organizations, private foundations etc, through donations, advertisement in conference brochure, product presentation and Exhibition. Consultants must show track record of raising funds for similar purpose. Consultants will be paid percentage of fund generated based on mutual agreement.

EVENT MANAGERS

Job Location:  Abuja
 

 Details

  • Organization will be engaged to provide support in the following areas- Development and operation of conference website, regular communication with members and potential participants, on-line and on-site registration, intra-city transportation, hotel accommodation and other logistic arrangement necessary for a hitch free conference. Evidence of successful management of major conferences will be required. Compensation will be negotiated.

DUES RECOVERY CONSULTANTS

Job Location: Abuja
 

 Details

  • Consultants are required to recover dues from members across the country. Compensation will be based on performance. Consultants will be paid percentage of fund generated based on mutual agreement.
