We are recruiting to fill the position of: 

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Taking messages.
  • Using a variety of software packages.
  • Arranging appointments.
  • Maintaining diaries.
  • Typing/word processing.
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
  • Organizing meetings.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

Qualification and Training Required

  • A Degree in English, Business, IT, Languages, Information Science, Administration or Management can be beneficial, particularly for the most prestigious positions.
  • Previous Clerical, Secretarial or Commercial work experience is essential.
