We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Nurse Anesthetist

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Reviewing medical history, evaluating patients and determining proper methods of anesthesia
  • Accurately measuring and monitoring the level and speed at which anesthesia is administered
  • Monitoring patient's vital signs to ensure safety
  • Informing the surgeon if the patient becomes unstable
  • Attending to patient's needs before, during and after surgery
  • Overseeing patient's recovery from Anesthesia
  • Knowledge on the use of Istat ABG machine and the cartridges for blood gas analysis
  • Use of infusion pump and drug giving machine
  • Use of defibrillator during resuscitation

Educational Requirements

  • Registered Nurse Anesthetist
  • Good communication skills (writing & oral)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use Medical software applications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
