Audacious currently has six outlets in different locations in Nigeria and plans to add more before the end of year 2015.  

Audacious Business Concept Limited requires qualified candidates to fill the role of

Title: Retail Sales Associates

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The retail sales associate would be responsible for the in-store customer experience that would lead to increased sales, customer delight and retention, 
  • Gathering of market intelligence of geographical area to promote marketing and drive sales.
  • Manage the retail store with other team members for profit maximization
  • Up sell and Cross sell merchandise in the store

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc
  • Preferred age of candidates is 21-30 years
  • The candidate should be preferrably female
  • The candidates location should be around Apapa, Surulere, Festac, Ikoyi and Ikeja
  • At least 2-3 years retail experience in a reputable organization (fashion organization would be an added advantage). Fresh graduates can also apply
  • Fluency in English would be an added advantage

SKILLS:

  • Good organisation/ Merchandising skills
  • Good selling and customer service skills
  • Strong team playing and leadership skills is crucial to the role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to persuade, influence and educate customers on product and services
